NICK CAVE & THE BAD SEEDS have today announced ALDOUS HARDING as the support artist for all Australian and Aotearoa New Zealand dates on the Wild God Tour during January and February 2026, as their Saturday January 31 Melbourne show sells out.
Harding’s mesmerising live performances and compelling voice, sees the New Zealand born singer songwriter make the most of minimalist arrangements to create an intimate feel. Following her acclaimed eponymous debut, Harding began working with producer John Parish (PJ Harvey, Sparklehorse) on subsequent releases ‘Party’, ‘Designer’ and ‘Warm Chris’.
The Wild God Tour is Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds’ most celebrated live production to date and their first shows ‘down under’ since 2017. Renowned for their exhilarating and unforgettable performances, The Bad Seeds are widely regarded as one of the most thrilling live bands in the world.
This reputation was solidified in 2024 and 2025 as media and fans alike were stunned by The Wild God Tour as it travelled throughout the UK, Europe and North America.
Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds will perform a setlist drawn from their latest album ‘Wild God’, alongside songs spanning the four decades of their storied career, in this critically acclaimed two-and-a-half-hour show.
The Australian shows will be held outdoors in Melbourne (Alexandra Gardens), Sydney (The Domain Sydney), Fremantle (Fremantle Park) and at a new venue in Brisbane (RNA Showgrounds), allowing audiences to experience this transcendental production at scale, while retaining the intimacy that fans have come to expect.
The tour will also include a show in Adelaide, and exclusive New Zealand shows in Wellington in association with Aotearoa New Zealand Festival of the Arts 2026.
The album ‘Wild God’ was released in 2024 and celebrated by critics around the world.
